Handheld Hot Cut Replacement Blade

Carolina Knife & Manufacturing manufactures hot cut blades, including this replacement blade component. The hot cut knife consists of a holder and a replaceable knife element that operates at up to 1500°F. This enables a woven or non-woven product to be cut and sealed in one operation. Hot cut knife converting can be more cost-effective than ultrasonic slitting when edge fraying or unraveling is a primary concern.
