Tidland Bottom Knives

Tidland top flat slitters, Tidland bottom slitters, Helios top slitters, and Helios bottom slitters are high performance tools used in the converting industry. With close tolerances, they will run at higher speeds, requiring lower maintenance than other slitting units. The dish slitter has the Rake angle forged into the blade and is commonly used for converting paper, film and foil products. The flat shear slitter has no Rake angle embedded into the blade. The Rake is formed during the installation of the slitter.
